About Newquay Beer Festival

Newquay Towan Blystra Lions welcome you to the 11th Newquay Beer Festival – an event where you can enjoy sampling over 100 different beers and ciders. And our fantastic GIN BAR featuring some amazing Cornish offerings and some regular favourites too will be returning.

We’ve made many friends who keep coming back to enjoy the wide range of beers and ciders combined with a great atmosphere generated in no small part by music providing a perfect accompaniment to the wide range of beers and ciders. Everyone involved, including the music artists, give their time free of charge at the event and all our sponsors deserve a special mention for the financial and other assistance provided.

It’s a must for beer and cider fans from near and far and, as a real bonus for those who love to soak up all the atmosphere and not worry about having to find their way home, there is onside camping and motorhome pitches at great prices.

So far, this charity event has raised £100,000 since it started in 2013. That’s thanks to everyone who has attended but also our fantastic sponsors who make the event great value and possible to stage.

But the beer isn’t the only attraction. There’s entertainment on throughout the event. We will be announcing the acts as they are confirmed and the list of beers we plan to offer will also be posted online as we approach the festival.

Families are welcome but parts of the site will only be open to over 18s. However, because the festival is based at Hendra Holiday Park – one of Cornwall’s top holiday destinations – there are loads of other attractions which younger people will be interested in and there’s places like the Oasis* indoor fun pool so it can all make for a great few days.

*A supplementary charge is payable to access the Oasis pool.
