How The Lions help

This will be the tenth year that Newquay Towan Blystra Lions Club members have organised and run the Newquay Beer Festival and we all hope it will be as enjoyable and successful as previous events.

We have made many friends who keep coming back to enjoy the wide range of beers and ciders plus the atmosphere with much providing a perfect accompaniment to the whole range of beers and ciders.

Everyone, including the music artists, give their time free of charge at the event and all our sponsors deserve a special mention for the financial and other assistance provided.

Since 2013 our Beer Festivals have raised over £80,000 for good causes and charities. It is just one of the ways we support the community and raise funds. As always, please enjoy your drinking responsibly and don’t forget we operate a “Challenge 25” policy on the gate so, if you are lucky enough to look that young, please bring along some proof of age or, regrettably, we will have to turn you away.
